Seth was adjustable to our viewing interest. We were new to Colorado and all over the place trying to decide what town, city or type of living space we wanted it. He showed us homes, townhomes and we discuss high raise living. Seth was extremely knowledgeable of all the areas from Parker to Littleton, Denver to Ft. Collins, schools, weather, lifestyles in all the different towns. Finally helping us to decide on Littleton, and we couldn’t have made this perfect fit without him.
